PRIVATE CLASSES: INDIVIDUAL & GROUP

The content of my classes depends of the client's wish and can be categorized:

1. The client(s) come(s) with a specific problem to solve. In this case, we work precisely on this point and find personalized solutions.

2. The client(s) wish to be guided. Then, you will follow the curriculum that I set in place. I teach defense first, then submission, and finally everything else in between.

The classes can be oriented: nogi, gi, jiu jitsu for MMA, as well as self defense.

These 55' classes are available for beginners, more advanced practitioners, recreational or competitors. It is possible to come alone*, or to come in group.

* You need to bring your own drilling partner.

Winter / Spring 2024:

Two groups for two different themes: guard retention & tight guard passing.

• escaping pins // Friday 11:00

• guard passing // Tuesday 11:10

This Master Class includes 19 classes and is taught at Mjölnir MMA on a weekly basis.
